These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Clash Up's website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services
Clash Up provides digital game boosting services, purchased through our website and fulfilled through Discord via TicketTool. All services are subject to availability.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental or guardian consent to use our services.
Payments
- Payments are processed through Stripe, PayPal, and Coinbase Commerce
- Purchases over $400.01 must be paid via cryptocurrency
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted
Refund Policy
We handle refund requests under the following specific guidelines:
- A refund of 90% of the payment is available for any service that has not yet been started by our team
- Partial refunds may be issued for orders canceled while in progress, based on work completed
- No refunds are provided for services that have been fully completed
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be made via support@Clash Up.gg.
Limitations
We are not responsible for disruptions caused by Discord outages, TicketTool downtime, or third-party payment provider issues.
Prohibited Uses
- Fraudulent activity or unauthorized account sharing
- Attempting to bypass payment requirements
- Abusing or harassing Clash Up staff or boosters
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. When we do, we will post the updated Terms and update the Effective Date above. Continued use of Clash Up after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the services.
