We handle refund requests under the following specific guidelines:
- A refund of 90% of the payment is available for any service that has not yet been started by our team
- Partial refunds may be issued for orders canceled while in progress, based on work completed
- No refunds are provided for services that have been fully completed
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be made via support@Clash Up.gg.
